Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund.

• Later cancellations receive a refund minus a 15% processing fee.

• No refunds are provided for no-shows, cancellations after the rental begins, early returns, late pickups, or unused extras.

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit of USD $200–$500 is required. The exact amount will be confirmed before booking and may be paid in cash or held on an accepted card.

The deposit covers outstanding charges such as fuel, tolls, tire damage, and vehicle damage. It will be released or refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, minus any applicable charges.

Fuel and Mileage

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level provided at pickup. Otherwise, a USD $60–$100 refueling charge may be deducted from the deposit. Unused fuel is nonrefundable.

Unlimited mileage is included.

Travel and One-Way Rentals

Cross-border and ferry travel are not permitted.

One-way rentals must be requested at least 48 hours before pickup and are subject to an additional fee.

Taxes and Payment

Taxes are included in the rental price but may apply separately to optional extras and services.

Cash and American Express, Mastercard, and Visa cards are accepted. Cards must be in the main renter’s name. Debit-card details must match the renter’s identification, and a hold of at least the security deposit will apply.

Third-Party Property Damage insurance is included. If the renter is at fault, it covers damage to the other party’s vehicle or property but does not cover damage to the rental vehicle.

External insurance is accepted only if the policy specifically confirms coverage in The Bahamas. American Express insurance is not accepted; customers presenting AMEX coverage must purchase additional insurance at the rental desk.

You have to return the vehicle with same fuel

amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel, missing fuel charge of USD $60-100 will be taken from your security deposit. A fuel station is in close proxity to the office so customers are encouraged to refuel before returning the vehicle. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policies change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.

All drivers must:

• Hold a full, valid driver’s license for at least one year.

• Present their original driver’s license, valid ID, and passport at pickup.

• Present a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) together with their original domestic driver’s license.

Prohibited Vehicle Use

The vehicle must not be driven or used:

• By anyone with a suspended, revoked, expired, or otherwise invalid license.

• By anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair their ability to drive.

• To transport passengers or property for payment.

• To transport hazardous or explosive materials.

• For driving lessons, towing, racing, testing, or competitive events.

• In a reckless, abusive, or grossly negligent manner.

• Beyond the vehicle’s passenger or weight capacity.

• For any illegal activity or in violation of traffic and parking laws.
