How Much Is a Taxi From Aruba Airport?
Aruba regulates licensed taxi fares by route. Government taxi base rates are useful for planning, but a pre-arranged private transfer is a separate provider quote that may be different.
Important: Fares listed here are regulated taxi reference prices—not Customs Breeze offers. The taxi base covers up to four people; passengers five to seven add $3 each. A $5 surcharge can apply late at night, on Sundays or on holidays. Luggage fees may apply.

Taxi or Pre-Booked Private Transfer?
Licensed airport taxis are readily available at AUA. Pre-arranging independent transport may be more useful when you have a large group, child-seat requirements or special instructions—not necessarily because it costs less.
Airport taxi
Available outside the terminal. Government-regulated zone fares and applicable surcharges. Confirm the fare and vehicle suitability before departure.
Pre-booked private transfer
Send your flight, hotel, group and luggage details in advance; an independent provider confirms the price, vehicle and meeting instructions.
