Barbados Customs Form & Entry Requirements
Barbados has gone fully digital. Every air arrival must complete the mandatory online Immigration & Customs form at travelform.gov.bb, available up to 72 hours before your flight to Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI). Completing the mandatory online travel form
Visit travelform.gov.bb up to 72 hours before departure. After submission you receive a confirmation email with an Immigration Receipt and a Customs Receipt — save both to your phone or print them. To complete the form you will need:
- Passport details for every travellerIncluding children and infants — each person on the booking.
- Flight number & arrival datePlus a valid email address to receive your two receipts.
- Accommodation address in BarbadosHotel, villa, host address, or cruise ship details covering your full stay.
Entry requirements
Prepare these before you arrive at Grantley Adams International Airport:
- Valid passportUS citizens: valid for length of stay. Many nationalities: valid 6+ months beyond departure.
- Return / onward ticketProof of confirmed onward journey — officers may ask at the counter.
- Proof of accommodation & fundsReservation covering your stay; carry bank statements or a card if asked.
- Notarized letter for unaccompanied minorsAny traveller under 18 unaccompanied by a parent or guardian needs written authorization.

At the airport — arrival at Grantley Adams (BGI)
Choose the Green Lane if you have nothing to declare, or the Red Lane for goods over the duty free limit, cash over BDS $10,000, commercial goods, or anything requiring inspection.
