1. Immigration & Customs Declaration
All travelers to Belize must complete the Belize Digital Immigration and Customs Form before arrival.
✅ As of January 1, 2025, the Electronic Disembarkation/Embarkation (ED/ED) Form is mandatory at all ports of entry, including land borders and seaports—not just PGIA.

• Valid passport
• Flight and travel details
• Accommodation address in Belize
• Active email to receive your QR code
• Print or save the QR code for inspection
2. General Arrival Procedures
Upon arrival in Belize:
• Present your ED Card QR code (digital or printed)
• Proceed to Immigration, then baggage claim
• Declare goods at Customs based on allowances
• Use the Green Channel if you have nothing to declare
• Use the Red Channel for declarations or restricted items

3. Green & Red Channel Overview
Green Channel:
• No declarations
• Within duty-free limits
• No restricted items
Red Channel:
• Items exceeding allowance
• Restricted/prohibited goods
• Uncertain item status
💡 Tip: Always declare if unsure. Belize Customs may confiscate or fine for undeclared goods.
4. Duty‑Free Allowances
Per the Belize Customs & Excise Department - Travelers aged 18+ may bring:
• 1 liter of spirits or wine
• 200 cigarettes, or 50 cigars, or 250g tobacco
• BZ$200 in gifts/personal items (BZ$600 per family)

5. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Prohibited – Do Not Bring:
